Noordzeeloket reported that a combined safety zone for offshore wind plots Hollandse Kust (west) VI and VII, about 51 km off Noord-Holland, was published in the Staatscourant on 13 August 2026, with construction of plot VII starting mid-August 2026 and plot VI underway since November 2025.
