France funds three DANAE drone prototypes ahead of a 2027 selection

France selected teams led by SEAir, SeaOwl and SIREHNA for funded prototype development and trials in the DANAE naval drone programme. The second phase runs into 2027, with a production-contract choice expected by year-end.
