Trade press (UDN, 30 Sep 2026) reports the Energy Administration received two applications for two wind farms (CIP and Orsted), well short of the 3.6 GW on offer; no ministry release on the receipt count was found.

General sequence, not a forecast for any round listed here.

  • Offshore wind. Site award → developer's engineering and contracting → fabrication of foundations, cables and turbines → offshore installation → commissioning.
  • Grid & HVDC. Framework or platform award → detailed engineering → fabrication of jackets, topsides and cables → transport and installation → commissioning.
  • Oil & gas licensing. Licence award → seismic and exploration drilling → appraisal → field development decision → engineering, fabrication and installation, if a discovery is developed.
  • CCS & hydrogen. Support or licence award → final investment decision → engineering → construction → commissioning.
