Radar · Project Crew Forecast
Your project, staffed on paper.
Describe the project. See roughly which contractor roles it needs over time and where the peak falls — as a sketch you can correct. Underneath: what one professional in each role group costs at the rate you enter, on an open book.
What this is
A rough planning sketch in six role groups and whole people. The shapes and head counts are our own planning assumptions, not statistics and not a quote — we do not know your project. Every input is yours to change. The only exact arithmetic here is the fee on one professional.

What one professional costs.
We can calculate what a professional costs — not what your project costs. So: one professional per role group, priced the way the invoice would be. The professional keeps the rate, the fee goes on top and tapers with that person's own hours.
The rates shown are examples, not market rates (€95/h, €110/h for senior roles, €900 a day offshore = €112.50/h at 8 h). Type the rate your professional names — they keep it in full, the fee goes on top. Months default to how long the sketch keeps that group busy; change them too. 168 h a month is our assumption (21 working days × 8 h).

We do not add these lines up, on purpose: how many people you need, for how long and at which rates is yours to decide — we only know what one professional costs. Check any line in the open-book calculator.
How the fee tapers
The fee is set per professional, on that person's own hours: 20% on the first 500 h, 15% from 501 to 1,500 h, 12% above. So the longer one professional stays, the lower the effective percentage on that line. An assignment shorter than three months stays at 20% flat.

How the sketch is made.
No black box. Three assumptions you can argue with, and one calculation you can check.
Phases
Each project type has five overlapping phases with typical start and end points. Leave a phase out and the rest stretches over your duration.
Role groups
Each group is typically busy in different phases: engineering early, construction and QA/QC in the middle, commissioning at the end. Teams build up and wind down gradually.
Scale
Head counts scale with the size class and mildly with duration: the same scope in less time typically needs more people at once. Everything is rounded to whole people.
One professional
Per group we price a single professional with the published scale on that person's own hours — the same arithmetic as the open book. Nothing is added up.
